We took the heart out of St Mary's. Now its too corporate. They continue to cut wages and benefits. Moral is at an all time low. Used to be a great place to work but theyve ruined it.

My patients. I love caring for them.

They have destroyed our culture. It used to be amazing.

Go back to pay/benefits that we had 2 yrs ago.

We were a great team but iver 1/2 have left in last year. All new people.
