I am one of many employees that has worked through this pandemic, face to face with sick patients without proper PPE. The $5000 bonus for RN's ONLY is disgraceful, and a slap in the face to the rest of us.

We support each other. Without my coworkers, i wouldn't still be here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We support each other in our department, because we aren't receiving support or thanks from the higher-ups.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise would be nice. None of us make what we deserve, and when asking for a raise after 10 years of employment, being offered SIX CENTS is a slap in the face.
