CEO needs to live up to the commitments of the ministry or honesty and transparency.

Compensation is only part of the equation, leaders need to be valued and their input included.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much of a focus on creating news feeds for the CEO as opposed to building and running a good operations. CEO needs to show up to the office and be present.
