Overall I felt that my coworkers wanted to achieve a common goal of taking care of patients. However I felt that upper management was more concerned with financial savings and gains rather than assuring all departments were staffed appropriately.

Despite how exhausted we all are, we're still able to work together to cover all of our open shifts.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the employees who are actually taking care of patients. I often felt dismissed and ignored when safety issues were brought to leadership attention
