I've been very satisfied. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. Would only leave for a better schedule or pay.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work on my own without being micromanaged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees really care about each other. Flexible with time off and understanding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do their best to communicate to us what is going on with the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication and organization. Information sharing should be more streamlined and guidelines should be clearly outlined.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't terribly long and it was just an intimate interview between myself and the supervisor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel we are paid as well as we could be and yearly increases are across the board and not based on performance.
