Seeing the patients and the challenges that happen daily that you can conquer and succeed in with the help of your team members.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Work very well together, as well as each member brings a different experience to the team letting all of us have someone to bounce ideas off of. The team members are so knowledgeable about the job/day to day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Implementing change in areas they do not work in or have no experience in. It would be different if they would come to employees level and work a day in how the company is run now, but they do not.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with the whole team. The HR department did not give me the first job I applied for but called me when a different similar position opened up a month later informing me they were so happy with my interview they thought I would enjoy this position better. They remembered me.
