The interviews themselves were quick. The hiring process was not.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone complains about work all the time. People are really closed-minded.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication between staff needs to be more polite and more thorough. Everyone is rushed so they tend to be rude.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It’s generally stresssful. We should be using more up to date systems but IT is stuck in the early 2000s.
