I truly enjoy working here and meeting the people I get to meet on this journey. I enjoy staff events a lot as well because it makes me feel appreciated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like that I have similar views to them because it makes working in this company a lot easier and enjoyable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that I have a retirement plan and I get insurance through my employment, however my family does not get covered and it is very expensive for the benefits that I receive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was introduced to several people and supervisors that I would be working with. It was a 3 step interview process which can be nerve racking, but went pretty well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that we help uplift one another through difficult times or cases that we may be dealing with. Teamwork is very important in this field in order to prevent mental stress on the individual employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that we perform weekly rounds and that we are an interdisciplinary team that works together in order to provide the best care for our patients. Everyone throughout the hospital is very kind and approachable to outside visitors as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to see the direct impact I have on my patients and seeing them be excited about the smallest progress makes everything worth it. Being able to see the impact I can have on any give person is truly incredible and giving.
