can only talk for myself but my last 3 bosses when I would ask why my co-workers only do half the tickets I do they said don't worry about it or would say "You don't like it QUIT!"

they are very good and we train user's that have issues with our application to help them understand it better.

When someone says they've had an issue for weeks and I was the first one to act and fix it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to learn how to manage co-workers with issues. They now say if there is an issue between co-workers, Work it out yourself. They need people, management training. When you have a conflict the manager should work on it as to not make the conflict worse.
