I interviewed with the whole team. The HR department did not give me the first job I applied for but called me when a different similar position opened up a month later informing me they were so happy with my interview they thought I would enjoy this position better. They remembered me.

At the time when I interviewed the Dir was focused and knew the job. He could actually assist you with the job. Now the majority give you an answer that is nothing but using all the course work answer and may reault in meetings spread over weeks or months. A fact finding meeting.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Face to face interaction and less rushed (more personal)

more structure, more support, a more experienced HR team that knows their positions
