Everything we need to hire more people
Leadership tends to hear what they want to hear.
St Jude is a great place to work, unless you are a bedside nurse. They do not value the bread and butter taking care of patients employees. They are sometimes too focused on research and fail to focus on taking care of the people who are directly taking care of the patients
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one treats me with respect
The company provides excellent benefits on paper, however denies some of these compensated days off to nursing staff
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Do their work; stop shopping online; leave me out of the drama and let me do the work I was hired to do; focus on the patients
The team is good and would be a great fit for a person who embraces the company culture.

Like i have stated before we need to undergo a new manegment
Everything in nursing leadership is broken
Work from home and more flexible work options for non-hospital personnel.
