    I think diversity/sensitivity training would benefit everyone. I was surprised we celebrated Cinco de Mayo with sombreros and wahtnot but there was no celebration or acknowledgement at all of pride month. We should focus on Holidays that celebrate differences like Black History Month and Pride Month and maybe not endorse holidays that appropriate like Cinco de Mayo, St. Patricks Day, and Columbus Day.
