They are literally the best people - kind, supportive, compassionate, smart and hard-working. This is really the definition of a work family

It's a very positive and can-do environment. We do often work ourselves to capacity often but we are always in it together

Compensation is at market rate and recruitment team regularly checks if we are at market rate. Team is also open to compensation negotiation as well.

The people are the best part of the company. We laugh, we cry, we joke, we poke fun at each other like a family would

Daily benefits from a stocked kitchen (never need to pay for a meal if you choose to), lots of company culture events so it feels like a work-family. Pay was fair
