I love the people I work with, everyone is friendly and there really is no drama here compared to other companies I've been at.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The role is repetitive and when you ask for more responsibility, you're just asked to do more of your role, even if you are exceeding goal. The compensation package structure leaves little room for motivation for you to exceed your goals.
