Our team specifically is tight knit, my manager does a great job setting up ourselves up for as much success as possible.

The work/life balance has been worse over the last couple of months due to an influx new business; and unfortunately I feel we are still understaffed across the board
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of people wear many hats and spread thin, myself included. I think the company can do a better at compensating employees who end up taking on more since they are the ones putting out volume.
