This is a growing environment that has taught me more about myself than I could have learned anywhere else and for that, I will always be grateful. I think that there are pockets of uncharted territory so there are growing pains but I would rather go through that with Stack than any other company.

That everyone comes from all over the country and has different stories

The people are at the front line for me. Then Id say that the dogs are second and the environment itself is very clean and always changing.

Being on the largest team in the company I enjoy the very unique personalities and skill set each person brings to the table. I feel very welcome and can call them friends

This is hard to answer because a lot of it is the culture and right now we are quarantined. But they make the effort and I think our culture manager and HR are fantastic at motivating and getting to know each of us. They make us feel heard and support us, always
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think i can only speak about my direct leaders and in my experience but I've had the best mentors and that's the best part of my job. While we are still figuring out where my team fits to optimize our full potential I have been lucky to have leads that have taken me on through the many years
