Everyone's smart and passionate and it's inspiring. I'm definitely proud to be part of a team like that.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're super passionate and clearly care about the whole team. They're also really willing to help and teach, which I think is really great.

Overall I've had a very good experience. Like anything, there have been bumps in the road, but the last 2 years in particular have seen significant improvements in the quality of the leadership.
