Actually offering leadership. There is no training but somehow a hard expectation to be an expert.

My team happens to be the best group of people. They are very supportive and work hard to keep the team load equal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You no longer matter as a person once you become an employee at stage. The managers are allowed to bully you, cut hours.
