What do you like best about the leadership team?
really good! would recommend working there!
They are very engaged and hands on. Always willing to help and offer great guidance for success.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing their money so they dont have massive lay offs
Setting goals and allowing employees to meet those goals.
Making their priorities customer service and team 1. Not making the cosmetics girls check out at team 1 and lose commission.
Actually offering leadership. There is no training but somehow a hard expectation to be an expert.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
it's a combination of them all

Everyone is willing to come together to meet goals and collaborate.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some need to improve communication and to work together better, i would say they need to do a register call out instead of just automatically sending customers up to us cosmetic girls.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having a unified goal, being a reliable source for the clients.

We need to have monthly meetings as a store.
They allow customers to abuse you, they get annoyed at everything.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The personable approach, a welcoming and exciting overview and a real open door policy.
I like how my boss was straight to the point and asked if i had any questions regularly

they are laying everyone off, making us have unobtainable goals in zero time

I would like to see more customers
