You no longer matter as a person once you become an employee at stage. The managers are allowed to bully you, cut hours.
Some need to improve communication and to work together better, i would say they need to do a register call out instead of just automatically sending customers up to us cosmetic girls.
They allow customers to abuse you, they get annoyed at everything.
We need to have monthly meetings as a store.
