Better than nothing , which is what it is. Health insurance is a joke. Its high cost, large deductible. No rules on work promotions or career advancenent.

I train people that come in the door for the same position, and they start out at dollars more on the hour. It's very unfair in that respect. This has went on for years. Also the new employees are rewarded for bad behavior, then the veterans inherit their jobs because they are too lazy to work.

They should leave our benefits alone the way they were set up overrun by Canadians and after four years everyone should be at top rate and the cost of living should be reinstated plus an increase every year a $4 billion company can afford to give their employees raises
They openly tell us that we are paid less than our neighbors Chromalloy and Boeing. Our only avenue to make more pay is to get a merit increase of 3 to 4% per year. We are already approximately 20% less than our neighbors.
