They are not present the workers on the floor keep the company running.

Valuing the floor level employees.

Recognising the employees needs for tooling and when potentional risks are brought up. A major accident will happen someday.

Better than nothing , which is what it is. Health insurance is a joke. Its high cost, large deductible. No rules on work promotions or career advancenent.

This place is run by friends and family members, not Evan supervisors can tell the bosses son what to do, it is toxic.

If a company goes public, it's typical for employees to get RSUs or similar as part of compensation

I train people that come in the door for the same position, and they start out at dollars more on the hour. It's very unfair in that respect. This has went on for years. Also the new employees are rewarded for bad behavior, then the veterans inherit their jobs because they are too lazy to work.

They can put up with this garbage, that management comes up with. Some can I see others have turn to drugs and loose marriages and yes Evan die. This is not a place for the weak.

We all get along real well

We try to get the best work done. We find it hard to ship only good parts when they push us to accept bad parts to be shipped, when they dont pass testing.

Us old timers try to carry on the integrity we had when we were union carbide. Integrity is gone with our management. Dollars is only thing that counts.

The people have a will do and complete attitude with stronge team work

Quality issues, new staff, fire the bosses kids you can not walk into a new job and get the best job, that means all the time I put in is worthless.

Communication with customers is awful

Get rid of most of the managers. Make them use a handbook with fair labor practices. Stop discrimination.

They made centres of excellence send the parts to all these different cities you can't have a good turn time when nothings done in the building they're doing business like it was 30 years ago they dismantled a system that worked fantastic and went back 40 years in time
