I train people that come in the door for the same position, and they start out at dollars more on the hour. It's very unfair in that respect. This has went on for years. Also the new employees are rewarded for bad behavior, then the veterans inherit their jobs because they are too lazy to work.

Instead of HR marching the possible new employee on the floor. And seeing if anybody disagrees with hiring that person , maybe they should do there job.

Communication with customers is awful
Get rid of most of the managers. Make them use a handbook with fair labor practices. Stop discrimination.
They made centres of excellence send the parts to all these different cities you can't have a good turn time when nothings done in the building they're doing business like it was 30 years ago they dismantled a system that worked fantastic and went back 40 years in time
