They are not present the workers on the floor keep the company running.

Valuing the floor level employees.

Recognising the employees needs for tooling and when potentional risks are brought up. A major accident will happen someday.

I train people that come in the door for the same position, and they start out at dollars more on the hour. It's very unfair in that respect. This has went on for years. Also the new employees are rewarded for bad behavior, then the veterans inherit their jobs because they are too lazy to work.

Keep up with rate of inflation

We do not receive stock options in Canada we do not receive cost of living in Canada we might get a raise once a year if you want more money you work overtime

They should leave our benefits alone the way they were set up overrun by Canadians and after four years everyone should be at top rate and the cost of living should be reinstated plus an increase every year a $4 billion company can afford to give their employees raises

good question, i think managers should start listening and talking to employees

When it was managed by Canadians the culture was awesome now it's the American way whoever gets the top of the mountain first that's all that matters

There's no respect they need to pay the going rate they need to pay cost of living they need to leave the benefits alone and they need to celebrate the long-term employees and not just give a card in St. or look there's your mile stone no respect it's an American company now they don't respect their

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Get rid of most of the managers. Make them use a handbook with fair labor practices. Stop discrimination.

They made centres of excellence send the parts to all these different cities you can't have a good turn time when nothings done in the building they're doing business like it was 30 years ago they dismantled a system that worked fantastic and went back 40 years in time
