Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish the 401k participation was much sooner rather than making you wait 6 months. Also, the bonus amount is a grey area. Smaller benefits and perks (cell reimbursement, meals expense, etc) are not easy to find.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Down to earth people who are always available and willing to help out. They often step down from their roles when needed to get things done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the people are generally good people. they come to work each ready to work and help however they can. I have not experienced any of the pettiness, or passive aggressive behaviors you would find in public accounting.

The process was stress free, transparent and easy. General get to know your experience type questions, etc. They clearly explained the role's responsibilities.

What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the opportunities to explore advanced calculations and enhance my skill set in that area. Each day is relatively easy and I never worry about how late I am going to work.
