The hourly rate is low for the amount of physical work we do. The commission rate is also low

Prices rise, but the wage doesn't. Also, it's a little insulting to be constantly cleaning houses when I can barely afford an apartment on this wage.
Because I'm sent on tiny routes making less than fair pay and when I ask for better routes my routes get worse

Any and all original ideas have been taken from owner operators without acknowledgement of their personal successes. The core leadership is insulated from reality, that being that the carpet industry has been dying since 2009 and that restoration was the future.
If the general manager stopped altering the time cards
Extremely overworked with no ability to express anything of value to local management without the feeling of retribution from the GM.

I get sent to financially unstable neighborhoods and told if I want to get put in better areas I have to sell in bad areas which is extremely hard when they do not have the money to buy
