Crew chief don’t tip and they think they better then the helper don’t even understand what’s the helper for if is not considered for nothing it supous to be a team work but most of crew chiff don’t tip or give respect to helpers
I think employers of STEEMER should pay workers paternity and maternity leave so workers can take care of child
Why do I have to use my own personal pto to take care of newborn other company’s payout for a dad to stay at home and take care of kid for 3 weeks
Why don’t I get paternity leave my gf is disabled and will need help for little bit taking care of new born. I know other businesses and jobs allow u to take paternity leave and they pay for 3weeks of a person to be out of work to raise a kid
