Prices rise, but the wage doesn't. Also, it's a little insulting to be constantly cleaning houses when I can barely afford an apartment on this wage.

My team, we help each other improve. We talk to each other in our mistakes, help each other with tips. We look out for each other as a family. We call each other in needs of information or any help they might need and we show up for each other.

Going home and interwcting with co workers
The ability to interact with our customers. Talking to them, engaging in conversations as I meet their cleaning needs.
What makes me happy is the opportunities that are given. Aswell as they are there when i need a talk or if i feel i need to improve, and they lead me to the right path to success.
I love when I have a customer who is grateful for my help.
