What do you like best about the leadership team?

My leadership team is very personable, easy to communicate with and have my best interest at heart.
Went downhill after corporate sold it to be a franchise.
The leadership team is fair you can sit down and talk to them and go over anything personally or businesswise
The leadership teams care about your success and work with you in every aspect.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not lying and stealing from the employees
Everything is a mess needs to be fixed
They care nothing of their employees. They give the old routes to their favorites over those who need it.
Sell the company real quick
They care more about getting money than they do the quality of work or the integrity of their employees

Ambulance, emergency room, dental, and vision
I get to determine what I make through commissions

I get commission from the sales I make, which means that my work ethic determines my salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The new employers getting better salary than the olders one
The hourly rate is low for the amount of physical work we do. The commission rate is also low
Why do i not get paid out on paternity leave other companys pay for dads to take time off to help raise kids wht do i have to burn my own days and if i want paternity leave i dont get paid for it why why why
If i dont take advantage of people with dementia i am penalized

Prices rise, but the wage doesn't. Also, it's a little insulting to be constantly cleaning houses when I can barely afford an apartment on this wage.

We arent allowed to tqlk about difficulties at work

My team, we help each other improve. We talk to each other in our mistakes, help each other with tips. We look out for each other as a family. We call each other in needs of information or any help they might need and we show up for each other.
People were ok to tolerate only reason I even stayed as long as I did

The core of employees mostly rally around each other to complete the day however each and every employee is driven into the ground to to the lack of education and understanding of the GM.

It can be hard to work in sales, even if they're inbound. But I truly feel that the company wants me to succeed, and they make every effort to give you all the tools you could need.

Letting us technicians voice our concerns without fearing retaliation.
Managers and employees should take a diversity and inclusion class. Also an effective communication class.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The olders managers way better
It was a fast process
I was able to get the manager's contact info from the first group meeting I was a part of, and that facilitated my interest in moving forward.
they hire anybody that doesnt have a record and is dumb enough to get paid the bare minimum

What makes you most happy at work?
Going home and interwcting with co workers
The ability to interact with our customers. Talking to them, engaging in conversations as I meet their cleaning needs.
What makes me happy is the opportunities that are given. Aswell as they are there when i need a talk or if i feel i need to improve, and they lead me to the right path to success.
I love when I have a customer who is grateful for my help.
