Chris Van Guilder serves as the Chief of Staff at Starkey, where he has worked since 2013. As a relationship builder and strategic partner within the leadership team, Chris Van Guilder provides operational support and integrates himself within the organization to assess and resolve obstacles to success. By facilitating efficiency, alignment and productivity between Starkey’s leaders and its 6,000 global employees in more than 26 countries, he’s helped make the company a global leader in the hearing aid industry.

Prior to Starkey, Chris Van Guilder developed extensive experience in communications, project and event management, and team development through work in politics. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Saint John’s University (MN).
