What do you like best about the leadership team?
Innovative and always customer focused

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and supporting employees who tell the truth.
Care about employees. Understand the business, if our costs are going up how can our ASP to customers being going down...the math doesn't work. I wish Starkey was sold to PE firm, they could take 20% of the cost out of the company and put in professional mgmt versus a bunch of figure heads
Communication, respect and putting their employees ahead of themselves. Starkey is a country club full of self promoting, self entitled department heads. Disappointing culture that isn't setup to sustain success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Basic pay medical cover and group life
High Base salary but no confidence in bonus performance. No stock or equity comp
High base pay compared to market
Floating Holidays and Tuition reimbursement
The cost of benefits and healthcare clinic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of respect financial rewards below average

The care that each individual accords the customers
The buildings are nice and new
We are a mission driven and for purpose company. That shows up in our culture

Meeting different executives who are super knowlegeable
It was intense but gave me a good view into the culture and talent
