High Base salary but no confidence in bonus performance. No stock or equity comp

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Care about employees. Understand the business, if our costs are going up how can our ASP to customers being going down...the math doesn't work. I wish Starkey was sold to PE firm, they could take 20% of the cost out of the company and put in professional mgmt versus a bunch of figure heads
