It's pretty easy. We have a lot of contractors here.
What part of Starz Entertainment's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
We seem to be growing in the digital platforms (apps) area, but are having difficulty keeping the brand a premium brand by adding features that seem desperate to add subscribers.
What do people at Starz Entertainment think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The CEO is so disconnected from day to day. The COO is who everyone is worried about. Everyone here is afraid to go against a bad idea (delivered from the COO) that they allow any feature (tested or not, good or bad) to go through in fear of loosing their job.
What's the office vibe like at Starz Entertainment?
Stressful. Between the executives bending the knee to the COO and there being terrible features and Ideas being pushed, it's a stressful environment where common sense is an after thought.
