Coke and xtc traffic for sure. The human trafic goes a bit more difficult nowdays.
The biggest part of YouTube's business is its community. The part that's having difficulties would be those who upload and infringe upon Copyrighted content, and or are violating the Community Guidelines, or new Community Guidelines.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at YouTube?
Stop lying that there isn't any hierarchy and that everybody has a voice. They only listen to people that either have a title or at lest 2 more years at Google than you (independently of title).
Expanding and creating more opportunities and availabilities to improve upon both the Website and App, and then expand your own channel.
