How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at YouTube?
Some interviewers are great. Some ask really odd questions that have absolutely nothing to do with the daily work. It's a lot about chance.
How does YouTube handle HR issues?
Badly. They literally hide information from both possibly new employees and from people outside. If something goes wrong, we are expected to solve the issue, but NEVER document it. Effectively, hide as much as you can. That's the "transparency policy".
How's the vacation policy at YouTube?
If you've worked there 0-3 years, it's 15 days/year 3-5 years, it's 20 days/year 5+ years, it's 25 days/year
What's the office vibe like at YouTube?
You couldn't ask for a better one!

None. You just need to give them your basic information, and you apply yourself.
How's the work life balance at YouTube?
Amazing! You couldn't really ask for better, because you get to work when you either want to, or can. In other words, you choose your own work-life balance at YouTube.
What's the interview process like at YouTube?
Easy-ish. If you're able to read, and understand copyright law and YouTube Community guidelines, you should be good to go on your way to becoming a partner with YouTube and then go from there! You need to make sure you have a Google analytics account setup as well as an AdSense account. Linking these is a priority also, and so is linking your AdSense account to your YouTube channel. After completing these steps and reaching 10,000 views on your Channel, it will automatically begin being under review from YouTube and you're on your way to having your own career at YouTube!
