  • Badly. They literally hide information from both possibly new employees and from people outside. If something goes wrong, we are expected to solve the issue, but NEVER document it. Effectively, hide as much as you can. That's the "transparency policy".

  • Easy-ish. If you're able to read, and understand copyright law and YouTube Community guidelines, you should be good to go on your way to becoming a partner with YouTube and then go from there! You need to make sure you have a Google analytics account setup as well as an AdSense account. Linking these is a priority also, and so is linking your AdSense account to your YouTube channel. After completing these steps and reaching 10,000 views on your Channel, it will automatically begin being under review from YouTube and you're on your way to having your own career at YouTube!
