- How would you compare interviewing at YouTube to other places you've interviewed?They have great interviewers. And they have interviewers that don't know what they are doing. Also, their HR either lies or don't know how things really work. My experience at Microsoft was much better, both on the interview and at work.

Not sure how long they get back to me, as it was a 3 step process, and actually I think the third step only happened because one person on the second step didn't like me. The entire hiring process took 5 months, but I needed a visa.
