Leaderahip transprency, honesty, doing mire than checking the boxes

Not compensated for the work and talent. Unconscious biases.

adjust for some inflation at least instead of no raise for years.

Poor pay, bonuses are very unfairly allocated. Benefits have been reduced considerably with employees picking up most of the cost with far less options

Simply keep up with the market place

its paid under marrkt, and they dont do inflation adjustment, they have one of thr worst insurnace plan.

Individual performance is not rewarded; lackluster raises and bonuses are the norm; there is no effort to promote from within

it would make me feel better about comp if i got a raise or a higher bonus
