Overall direction and philosophy of the company is not sound. The management team is not closely aligned with the needs of the staff. The steps to reduce cost have been too dramatic which hinders the ability of teams to succeed.

The environment is extremely toxic and the culture needs a complete change. Employees should be valued and taken care of.
