the on boarding process was very confusing

Nothing! Who would term someone for turning off the TV in the helps hall. violated my protected rights

all very experienced, knowledgeable professionals in every sense of the word. understand the customers str their bread and butter and provide exceptional customer service, cause at the end of the days its all about service servi e and more service. The ultimate goal is to create repeat business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Made 20 a day in training takes whole everyone else made 150, did not need much training seeing as how I have over 20 years experience in the bingo industry and should have been hired as a bingo consultant because they sure could use some help drawing barely 10 people every morning at 9am session!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
well they say they treat you like family, but my experience was very disappointing I was excited to work there only to be treated not like family but Like an outsider, do you fire a family member for turning off 1 of let's say 5 tvs in the breskroom, I even asked permission n was told ok. Termed!
