We have regular reviews that allow us to grow with the company and to be compensated for additional responsibilities we take on. We also have a pretty unique commission structure
What makes you most happy at work?
The work itself is really interesting, our clients are incredibly diverse and each project is different. And the people that work here make it easily the best place to work. Plus the dog-friendly office is a huge bonus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our executives and department directors constantly make themselves available to anyone that needs help or guidance, and they regularly encourage and discuss setting goals, whether it's individual goals or team ones, professional or personal, it's a really supportive environment
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company and team are doing a lot of things right, it's a fun place to work, the projects are engaging and business is great, but sometimes we get distracted at work because we're so close and can get off-task
