Status Labs has created an inviting culture and leadership is transparent which allows employees to be transparent as well. This makes work-life balance much more attainable. Also, their incentives for company-wide trips encourage everyone's best work.

The company and team are doing a lot of things right, it's a fun place to work, the projects are engaging and business is great, but sometimes we get distracted at work because we're so close and can get off-task
