the leadership team is really effective, responsive, and supportive..I think their fast execution comes from the military backgrounds of many of our leaders which brings a strong sense of discipline and efficiency

I am compensated very well. The package is a very fair salary, performance-based bonuses and covered medical benefits for the family.
Company covered all costs of benefits and gave unlimited / flexible time off.

it's easy to reach out to manager or CEO, they are always on the lookout when help is needed.

The most positive aspect I think is the openness and transparency. This seems to be honestly trait of the owner of the company and you can tell it passes down throughout leadership!
