Outstanding professionals who are very efficient

Leadership team is agile and open-minded.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Make your employees feel their career goals are being considered by following talk up, with action. Raising base pay also goes with out saying, it is the most direct route to employees feeling valued.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is cumulative and managed
Improved benefits as you get more tenured int he company.
Fair and I love the providers available
Healthcard but can be improved.
Bonus, but missing share options
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they need to have better compensations in money and emotional salary
We are severely underpaid for the type of work we do and the stress levels involved. The path to advancement while present is like pulling teeth when, trying to work with management to schedule corporate training required for advancement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People share their opinions and everyone listen
Collaborative. Exciting. Young. Excited. Eager
The team is Lively and fun!

Very creative and hardworking -- they inspire me

The questions were good considered and were focused on the rol and the know of it and real experience operating
We dont look at experience alone. We look at what an applicant can contribute.
We have initial interview, Technical Exam, and Final interview. Straight forward and complete.
