loyal employees do not get compensated for sticking with the company thru hard times. New employees that use Stewart as a spring board to the next gig get rewarded thru salaries and benefits and the ones that have stayed loyal are neglected.

Management needs serious training to come to age with managment style or to be replaced. Management has zero team skills. There are NO team meetings or emails. If you need to know, hopefully you overhear.

IT would be great to restructure your newly acquired managerial staff in Colorado, they do not know how to manage anyone let alone themselves
