What did you like most about the interview process?

It was ridiculously easy. They will hire almost anyone if you fit the image they expect.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

By positive I mean toxically positive. You aren’t allowed to give any honest feedback or talk about things that aren’t working. If you do speak up and point out things that aren’t great, you’ll be micromanaged and bullied

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We currently have algorithms styling people and they think humans are doing it. We are constantly expected to go faster which leads to poor outcomes for clients. Coupled with zero inventory and no transparency to clients they are often left in the dark and angry at us.
