Inexperienced managers, managers hire friends and treat other employees unfairly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees professionally. Set up an HR department. Don't hire kids fresh out of college to be managers of experienced adult professionals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fewer meetings to "be our better selves" and "set intentions". We don't need drums and meditation, we need to support our customers.
