They are absolutely committed to our success and operate at a high level of integrity.

The health insurance plan that is offered is great.
There is a significant upside if you do the work.

Being paid at least median levels without having to ask for raises would be great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's the most positive group of people I have ever worked with.
Everyone is very positive and supports each other.

They believe in assuming everyone is operating from positive intentions.
Everyone if focused on how to continually improve.

Less stress on working too many hours.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were very thorough and always let me know the next step in the process.
I got to speak with many different people and conduct a case analysis
