The directors that I report to, are so helpful, and approachable and truly want us to succeed and grow within the company.
It is quiet enough to get work done, but we also have a good time. We have company and department lunches occasionally, although not during Covid, of course. I don't hear the constant negative comments that I have heard at previous jobs.
Great company culture. Company outings and occasional free lunch is a major plus. Free snacks and drinks are a great benefit too and it's nice to catch up with other team members in the company that you typically may not work with very often over a coffee.

My team actively wants to participate. They are both hard-working and have great personalities, which makes for a strong work ethic and a great culture.
We come from different career backgrounds but we work well together. My supervisor is wonderful; the best person for whom I have worked in my professional career.
Great people who are all excellent at what they do. I'm consistently satisfied with the product we collectively produce.
