What are some of the best things about your team?My team actively wants to participate. They are both hard-working and have great personalities, which makes for a strong work ethic and a great culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Leadership is honest and transparent. They develop solid company processes and aren't afraid to pivot or adapt.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Hire from within, like you said you do in my interview. Has been hiring remote workers from around the country instead of promoting loyal hardworking employees. Stop saying you treat us like "family" and then take money out of out pockets in a bad economy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone needs better communication, if you dont have an answer say that. Don't not respond.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Respecting all employeea and paying the a liveable wage.
