I've had a positive overall experience. I have had some complaints, but to be fair, I think these apply to a lot of companies: * People feel underpaid and overworked * Political gamesmanship to get what you need * Feels like leadership is generally behind the curve
Strata is a gem - I really love the work and the people that I work with - pretty rare find.
Decent salary for the hours; 401k handled through Vanguard which is nice.

Work life balance is very good for none-consultants. Work actually ends at 5 for most people, and there's flexibility for dealing with life in general (doctors, cable installers, etc)
