I've only been here a small amount of time, but it's refreshing how kind and supportive everyone is. It is a stark difference from my last job. It feels less corporate while still being a big step up in my career. I also appreciate the free education!

Staff is not helpful in solving problem they have the not my problem additude. They also blame the customer or student when their system isn't working right and will penalize you for their problem in lowering your grade and gpa.
