It was conversational and informative. It's not stiff or corporate.
Interview process is casual and made me feel comfortable talking about my previous experiences.
Review from Marketing Dept
Meting the executive team to understand the company direction.
I was able to meet managers from other departments and discuss their current challenges/successes. It gave me great insight into how the company runs and what it would be like to work here.
It was thorough but not too long. I had 2 interviews, it wasn't long and drawn out like I have experiences in the past with other organizations.
Review from Marketing Dept
Our interview process is very transparent. We are comfortable sharing with prospective candidates all of the great things about Stream, but also some elements to the position that may not be what someone is looking for
Laid-back style of interviewing and walking through a typical day, giving great insight into the company and culture.

Review from Marketing Dept
I appreciated that everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and really tried to get a feel for me and my past experience. I didn't feel like I was being set up for failure.

Disclose to future employees your entire onboarding process. Interview a prospective hire MORE than once.
Easy but i had almost no knowledge going into the job of what i would do. Or that it was all auto clients.
